I placed my order online everything showed up just the way I chose it. The flavors, toppings, even the little notes I added were all correct. Nothing was missing either, which I really appreciate because sometimes that can be... yeah. Overall it was super easy and I was happy with it.

The ice cream tasted kind of stale and watery to me. I’m not sure, but it almost seemed like it might’ve been sitting around for a while or maybe thawed and refrozen at some point. Just didn’t have that fresh, creamy taste I was expecting

I order from baskinrobbins.com often, and one thing I’ve noticed is the portions are actually consistent. I’m usually quick to notice when a place starts skimping or when one order is way smaller than the last, but that hasn’t really happened here. My scoops and sundaes pretty much show up the way I expect every time. It’s a small thing, but it’s nice not having to wonder if I’m getting shorted.

I tried to use a promo code from baskinrobbins.com for an ice cream cake, and it was way more dramatic than buying dessert should ever be. The email said the deal was still valid, I checked the date like three times, and yet the site kept rejecting it like I was trying to sneak into a royal banquet.
The store couldn’t do anything about it, and the website basically trapped me in an endless loop of useless pages. All that chaos for a few dollars off just wasn’t worth it. It really feels like they make these coupons nearly impossible to redeem on purpose.

I tried ordering through baskinrobbins.com and overall it was a smooth experience. I was able to find my local store quickly, the menu loaded without any issues, and checkout was easy to follow. The only part that bugged me a little was that a few flavors didn’t show as out of stock until after I clicked around, so it felt like I had to adjust my picks as I went. Not a huge deal, but I’d say it’s best if you’re a little flexible with your flavor choices.

"Good ice cream, but the place could use more attention"
The ice cream was good like it usually is, and the staff was friendly enough. The store itself just didn’t feel as clean as I expected. A couple of tables had sticky spots, and the floor near the counter looked like it needed a quick mop. I also felt like the ordering/pickup instructions could’ve been a little clearer, especially when it got busy. Overall, not a bad visit, but I’d like to see the seating area kept a bit tidier.

"Pretty happy with my custom cake… until the timing"
I’ll give them credit, the cake looked really close to what I asked for and they actually followed my special request, which was a relief. I was feeling good about the whole thing, then it ended up being a little late, and yeah, that mood changed fast. Still, the cake was good and mostly what I wanted.

I tried ordering ice cream here twice—once for pickup and once for delivery. Pickup was perfectly fine, no drama at all. But the delivery? It showed up late and a little melted, like it had barely survived a journey through the sun. That said, it still tasted really good, so I can’t be too upset
